Fees

The following fees apply to my services:

• Intake assessment
  75 minutes · 190 EUR · VAT exempt

• Treatment session
  45 minutes · 120 EUR · VAT exempt

• Consultation and training
  150 EUR per hour · minimum charge 250 EUR · 21% VAT applies

Time zone surcharge

A time zone difference surcharge may apply to clients outside of the European timezone.

Example: For a client located in the Beijing time zone (7-hour difference during winter), a 70 EUR surcharge is applied per session.

Reimbursement

Reimbursement for psychological services depends on your individual insurance policy.

• There have been successful cases where international student insurance reimbursed my services.
• So far, there have not yet been successful cases where services were reimbursed under the Dutch healthcare insurance.
• Coverage varies by insurer, and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. You are therefore advised to check directly with your insurer before starting therapy.

Some insurers may request information about my professional registration or licensure when assessing eligibility for reimbursement.

Referrals

A referral is not required to start therapy. However, some insurers may require a referral (for example, from a general practitioner) in order to facilitate reimbursement. Please check directly with your insurer regarding their specific requirements.
